Do printed QR codes stop working if I change the link?

Changing a link's destination does not change its QR code. Destination editing depends on your plan and the link type. Expiry, deletion and account restrictions still apply.

What is the difference between the free and paid plans?

Plans differ in creation and visit limits, analytics history and access to your own subdomain. Compare the current limits on the Plan page.

Can I use my own name in the short address?

Paid plans let you use your username as your subdomain. Existing links keep their original addresses; create a new link to use your subdomain.

Where are my form answers stored?

Submitted answers are stored with your form in Blinkr. Open the form's responses page to view or export them.

Can I export answers to Google Sheets?

The response export menu includes Google Sheets. It requires connecting your Google account and granting access. CSV and Excel exports are also available.
